Role & responsibilities

Operational Leadership

- Oversee daily operations of the hotel group, ensuring consistent quality and service standards across all locations.
- Developing and implementing operational strategies, policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Establishes criteria to measure operational strategies, policies, and regularly evaluate results against these performance standards.
- Supervision of major purchase of equipment and tools.

Strategic Planning

- Collaborate with the Top Management team to define and execute the organizations strategic vision and goals.
- Identify and evaluate current business opportunities, market trends and competitive landscape.
- Participating in expansion activities like acquisitions, investments, corporate alliances.

Financial Management

- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met.




- Analyze financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve financial objectives.
- Develop and implement resource and cost optimization strategies to enhance profitability.

Team Management

- Lead, mentor and develop a high performance management team, fostering a sense of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement culture.
- Setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth and leading employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.

Preferred candidate profile

- 20+ years of total experience in Operations in premier hotels and resorts.

5 to 6 years in leading the core function for a reputed Hotel Group.
