In this role, you will serve as a vital link between complex business requirements and innovative technological solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing,



and implementing robust Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that empower our clients to streamline their operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in cooperative environments and is committed to delivering high-quality, scalable code.

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and D365 modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.n
- Configure and customize Field Services entities, workflows, and automated processes to optimize mobile workforce efficiency.n
- Design and develop custom plugins, workflow activities, and API integrations to extend the standard functionality of the Dynamics platform.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate stakeholder needs into comprehensive technical specifications.n
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support for complex system issues, ensuring minimal downtime for users
