We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Videographer to join Digital Pendu Skill House. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of professional cameras, cinematography, lighting, audio, and video production. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for our podcast, social media platforms, educational programs, and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for our podcast channel, social media platforms, promotional campaigns, and educational programs.
- Operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, and other video production equipment with a strong understanding of camera settings and cinematography.
- Set up and manage camera, lighting, and audio equipment for studio shoots, podcasts, interviews, and other video projects.
- Handle multi-camera setups for podcasts, interviews, educational sessions,



and other professional productions.
- Ensure proper framing, composition, exposure, focus, lighting, and sound quality during shoots.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and editing teams to understand creative requirements and deliver high-quality footage.
- Manage the complete videography process from pre-production planning and shoot setup to recording and file management.
- Maintain and take proper care of cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, microphones, tripods, and other production gear.
- Stay updated with the latest camera technology, videography techniques, lighting setups, and industry trends.
- Conduct practical Master Classes for students once a month, sharing skilled knowledge and hands-on guidance on cameras, cinematography, lighting, shooting techniques, and video production.
- Demonstrate professional shooting techniques and provide students with practical insights into real-world video production.
- Assist in developing creative concepts and visual styles for educational and promotional content.
- Travel for shoots, events, outdoor productions, or other company projects when required.
- Ensure all raw footage is properly organised, backed up, and handed over to the editing team.
- Maintain professional standards and consistency across all video content produced by the company.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
