Role Description As a Senior User Interface Designer at Futuraspark Technologies, you will lead the design of intuitive, visually compelling interfaces for web and digital products in a full-time, remote role. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate business goals and user needs into high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design systems. Daily responsibilities include creating and refining UI layouts, defining visual styles, preparing responsive mockups, and ensuring consistency across platforms.

You will conduct and incorporate UX research findings, iterate based on feedback, and work with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.



The role also involves mentoring junior designers, contributing to design guidelines, and aligning UI work with broader growth and performance marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in User Interface Design and Visual Design, with a portfolio showcasing up-to-date, accessible interfaces.
- Experience creating detailed Mockups and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Solid understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, including user flows, information architecture, and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with Front-End Development concepts (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Proven experience in a senior or lead UI/UX role, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or web product environments.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design best practices is highly beneficial.
