Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in US staffing and technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in sourcing, candidate screening, US work authorization, rate negotiation, and candidate management, with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions.
- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and

other sourcing channels.
- Work extensively on Boolean and advanced search techniques to identify qualified IT

professionals.
- Understand client requirements and effectively map candidates against technical skills,

experience, location, and project requirements.
- Screen candidates for technical fit, communication, availability, work authorization, visa

status, location, and compensation/rate expectations.
- Have a strong understanding of US work authorization such as US Citizen, Green Card, H1B,

EAD, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.
- Understand common US employment models such as W2, C2C, and 1099 and work with

candidates accordingly.
- Negotiate pay rates, salary, and other engagement terms based on the requirement.
- Present qualified candidates to clients/hiring managers with accurate candidate details and

proper documentation.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, maintain regular candidate follow-ups, and drive





candidates through the hiring process.
- Maintain robust relationships with candidates and proactively manage offer acceptance,

counteroffers, notice periods, and joining.
- Work closely with Account Managers/Recruitment Leads to understand priorities and ensure

timely closure of requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS/recruitment tracker and provide regular

pipeline updates. Required Skills & Experience
- 7-12 years of proven experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
- Strong experience recruiting for US IT technical positions.
- Excellent sourcing skills with hands-on experience using Dice, LinkedIn, Boolean Search,

and other US sourcing channels.
- Strong understanding of US work authorization, employment types, and US staffing

processes.
- Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Good understanding of US geography, time zones, and candidate availability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with US

candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, candidate engagement, and closure skills.
- Ability to work independently on multiple requirements and deliver within defined timelines.
- Experience working with VMS/MSP environments will be an added advantage.
