We are looking for a skilled Senior UI/UX Designer & Design Systems Architect to join a remote team. The role involves building and maintaining a scalable design system and designing high-performance web experiences using AI tools.

Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain a design system in Figma with components, tokens, and documentation
- Design complex, user-friendly web pages optimized for conversion
- Build rapid interactive prototypes and animations using Framer
- Use AI design tools like v0, Galileo, or similar to speed up iterations
- Define and manage brand design language (typography, color, spacing, motion, tone)
- Work with developers to ensure accessibility and performance
- Mentor team members on AI-assisted design workflows

Qualifications:

- Expert in Figma with experience in multi-file workflows and design systems




- Experience with Framer for components, animations, and export
- Proven design experience on at least two complex SaaS or platform websites
- Familiarity with AI design tools and integrating them into workflows
- Strong design systems thinking: modular, scalable, and documented
- Good visual design sense and understanding of information hierarchy
- Ability to explain design choices in clear business terms
