About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX & Creative Designer who can independently handle the complete design process for websites, mobile applications, dashboards, digital products, and marketing content.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in UI/UX design, Figma, graphic design, branding, and video content creation, along with the ability to understand business requirements and convert them into contemporary, functional, and visually engaging designs.

This is a senior-level role for someone who can take ownership of projects, make design decisions, collaborate closely with developers and management, and maintain high-quality design standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design

- Lead the design of websites, mobile applications, dashboards, SaaS products, landing pages, and digital platforms.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Develop and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
- Ensure consistency in typography, spacing, colors, components, interactions, and visual hierarchy.
- Conduct basic user research and usability analysis where required.
- Identify UX problems and propose practical, user-focused solutions.
- Review existing products and recommend UI/UX improvements.

Design Leadership & Project Ownership
- Independently understand project requirements and convert them into design concepts.
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to final delivery.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Review implemented interfaces and provide design feedback to maintain quality.
- Coordinate with management, developers, marketing teams, and clients when required.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks according to deadlines.
- Guide junior designers and help maintain overall design quality.

Graphic & Brand Design




- Create skilled social media creatives, banners, posters, advertisements, brochures, presentations, marketing materials, and promotional designs.
- Develop and maintain visual identity and branding guidelines.
- Adapt creative designs for different platforms, campaigns, and screen sizes.
- Create marketing visuals that are both aesthetically strong and aligned with business objectives.

Video & Motion Design
- Create and edit Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, product videos, and social media content.
- Add captions, transitions, music, effects, animations, and basic motion graphics.
- Create engaging short-form content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Develop simple motion graphics and animations for websites, applications, and marketing campaigns.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX, product design, creative design, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, usability, and design systems.
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, grids, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools.
- Good experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar video-editing tools.
- Ability to create professional designs independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile design standards.




- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of current design trends and digital platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.

Senior-Level Expectations The candidate should be able to:
- Work independently and take complete ownership of assigned projects.
- Understand business and user requirements before starting the design.
- Make informed design decisions rather than simply following instructions.
- Present and explain design concepts and decisions to management or clients.
- Identify problems and suggest creative and practical solutions.
- Maintain consistency across multiple products and platforms.
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Mentor and support junior designers when required.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is creative, experienced, proactive, detail-oriented, and highly responsible, with the ability to work across UI/UX, product design, graphic design, branding, and video content.

The ideal candidate should have a strong visual eye, problem-solving mindset, good communication skills, and the confidence to independently manage design projects from requirements to final delivery.

Portfolio Requirement A strong portfolio is mandatory and should demonstrate relevant professional work in:

Candidates with a portfolio demonstrating real-world projects and design problem-solving will be highly preferred. Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
