AU0101 Retail Internet Banking Application (Mobile & Web) Role Summary We are seeking a skilled QA/Test Engineer to validate AU0101 Retail Internet Banking applications across Mobile (Android/iOS) and Web platforms. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end testing of retail banking functionalities including Accounts, Funds Transfer, Fixed Deposits, Beneficiary Management, BBPS, FASTag, Profile Management, Authentication, and Transaction Journeys while ensuring high-quality releases. Key Responsibilities

Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories.

Prepare and execute comprehensive Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Data.

Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, Sanity, and Smoke Testing.

Validate Mobile Banking application (Android/iOS) and Internet Banking Web application.

Test retail banking customer journeys end-to-end.

Verify Account Opening, Login, Authentication, Transaction Processing,



and Statement functionalities.

Validate Funds Transfer modules

Own Account Transfer

Within Bank Transfer

IMPS

NEFT

RTGS

UPI Journeys

Test Fixed Deposit and Recurring Deposit functionalities.

Validate BBPS, FASTag, Recharge, and Utility Payment modules.

Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.

Log and track defects using JIRA.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and Retrospectives.

Coordinate with BA, Developers, Product Owners, and Business Teams.

Prepare Daily Status Reports, Test Execution Reports, and Release Sign-off Reports.

Ensure compliance with Banking and Regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Skills

Banking Domain

Solid understanding of Retail Banking concepts.

Knowledge of CASA Accounts, Deposits, Fund Transfers, Customer Profile Management.

Understanding of Banking Payment Systems (IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, UPI).
