Job Summary

CADOne Solutions Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Trainer – AEC with strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

The ideal candidate should have practical industry experience along with excellent communication and training skills. The role involves delivering professional software training to students, working professionals, corporate customers, and educational institutions, as well as conducting technical demonstrations and supporting AEC-related customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom, online, and corporate training on Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Conduct beginner, intermediate, and advanced-level training programs.
- Provide hands-on training covering real-world architectural and AEC workflows.
- Train participants in Revit modelling, documentation, families, schedules, sheets, collaboration, and BIM workflows.
- Deliver comprehensive AutoCAD training covering 2D drafting, documentation, annotation, layouts, standards, and productivity tools.
- Prepare course materials, exercises, assignments, assessments, and practical projects.
- Conduct software demonstrations, workshops, webinars, seminars, and technical presentations.
- Support the sales team during technical discussions and customer demonstrations when required.
- Understand customer training requirements and customize training programs accordingly.
- Assist customers and trainees with technical queries related to Revit and AutoCAD.
- Stay updated with the latest versions, features, workflows, and developments in Autodesk AEC products.
- Maintain high standards of training delivery and ensure effective knowledge transfer to participants.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience working with and/or training on Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.




- Strong practical knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction documentation, and BIM concepts.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both beginners and experienced professionals.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct both in-person and online training sessions.
- Comfortable handling corporate customers, students, faculty members, and working professionals.
- Ability to independently prepare training content and practical exercises.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Revit Architecture is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Revit Structure and/or Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
- Experience with BIM workflows and Autodesk Construction/AEC solutions will be advantageous.
- Autodesk certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional / Autodesk Certified Instructor will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience working with an Autodesk Training Center, Autodesk Partner, training institute, architectural firm, or engineering organization is preferred.
