Asset and Sparing Administrators provide general administrative assistance to the Services Asset Lifecycle Management team and the primary accountability is to assist with stock planning, order administration and distribution, basic system support, filing, and general administrative tasks.Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide a complete Asset and Sparing administration service and support the activities relating to the function.

Assist with stock planning, order administration and distribution, basic system support, filing, and general administrative tasks

Deal with stock related queries and when required, escalate these to the Service Asset Lifecycle Manager

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

Reliable with the ability to produce a high quality of work

Excellent verbal and written communication skills





Display meticulous attention to details and able to manage work processes

Robust orientation towards ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery

Productive with good analytical, planning and organizing abilities

Ability to work under minimal guidance

Excellent problem-solving ability

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

Secondary school certification or equivalent

Working towards completion of a relevant degree or equivalent is preferable

Working towards completion of an ITIL certification

Required Experience

Demonstrable related experience gained within a technology services environment

Substantial understanding and knowledge of Asset and Sparing
