Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead lateral hiring initiatives to attract top talent in the industry, ensuring a diverse pool of candidates.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet business objectives, including identifying key skills and competencies required for success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand organizational needs and develop targeted job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successful lateral hiring campaigns with high volume of qualified applicants.
- Solid understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
