Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition with a robust background in real estate hiring. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end recruitment across high-volume sales roles and niche/specialist positions, while managing and strengthening relationships with channel partners. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and volume hiring as well as niche/specialized roles within the real estate business. • Handle high-volume hiring to meet aggressive business and expansion targets across Mumbai and Pune. • Build, manage, and nurture relationships with channel partners, consultants, and external hiring sources. • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, channel partner networks, and direct headhunting. • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates aligned to business requirements and cultural fit.



• Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate experience, and drive offer negotiations to closure. • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports. • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower needs and workforce planning. • Ensure a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. • Uphold employer branding and represent the organization's premium market reputation.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–4 years of recruitment experience exclusively within the real estate industry. • Proven expertise in both volume/sales hiring and niche hiring. • Strong understanding of the real estate and channel partner ecosystem. • Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-oriented setting. • Proficiency in ATS, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), and MS Office. • Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset. • Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
