About the Role

Satyajeet India Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior System Administrator to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, servers, storage systems, network security, and wireless technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Windows environments, hardware servers, NAS/SAN storage, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, monitor, and maintain hardware servers and IT infrastructure.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Manage and maintain NAS and SAN storage systems, including storage allocation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls and network security systems.
- Manage and maintain wireless networks and related infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, server, storage, network, and connectivity issues.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and overall infrastructure health.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, backups, and security checks.
- Ensure proper configuration and availability of critical IT infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, networking, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of servers, network devices, storage, configurations, and IT assets.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT security and infrastructure policies.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–6 years of relevant experience in System Administration / IT Infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows Server Administration.
- Good understanding of hardware servers and server infrastructure.
- Practical knowledge of NAS and SAN storage technologies.
- Valuable knowledge of Firewall configuration and management.
- Strong understanding of Wireless Networking Technologies.
- Good knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle IT infrastructure and resolve technical issues.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with enterprise-level IT infrastructure.
- Knowledge of server backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of network monitoring and security tools.
- Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
