Role Description The Senior Store Stylist is a full-time role based in South Delhi. Day-to-day responsibilities include styling clients in-store, providing personalized outfit recommendations, and curating looks that align with Qbik’s design aesthetic. The role involves managing client appointments, understanding client preferences, and maintaining strong relationships through both in-person and digital interactions.

Stylist will oversee visual merchandising on the shop floor, ensure garments are presented to brand standards, and support inventory organization for a smooth customer experience.





Qualifications

- Strong fashion styling with the ability to curate and customize contemporary occasion wear looks that reflect Qbik’s brand identity.
- Client-facing skills including customer service, relationship management, and the ability to conduct personalized styling consultations in-store and virtually.
- Sales and retail operations experience, including managing appointments, supporting billing, and collaborating with the store team to meet revenue goals.
- Digital communication skills for coordinating with clients via phone, email, and messaging.
- Understanding of contemporary Indian fashion, fabrics, and silhouettes, with a robust sense of color, fit, and occasion-based dressing.
- Previous experience of about 3-4 years in fashion retail, luxury or designer wear styling, or personal shopping is highly beneficial.
- Understanding and ability towards taking measurements and client trials, suggesting alterations and conveying the same to merchandisers.
- Professional, inclusive, and respectful approach to clients and colleagues, with strong spoken and written communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is an advantage.
