Seeking a Senior Specialist with 5 to 15 years of experience in ServiceNow Architecture specializing in CMDB HRSD ITSM and Integration Hub implementations

Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions focusing on CMDB HRSD ITSM and Integration Hub modules Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop scalable and efficient ServiceNow architectures Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs aligned with ServiceNow best practices Drive integration strategies leveraging ServiceNow Integration Hub to connect with various enterprise systems Ensure the ServiceNow platform architecture supports current and future business needs focusing on performance scalability and security Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and features recommending adoption of relevant enhancements Provide expert guidance on configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules to optimize workflows Mentor junior team members and share knowledge on ServiceNow architecture and best practices Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for ServiceNow platform governance and operational excellence

Roles and Responsibilities





Architect and implement ServiceNow CMDB ensuring accurate configuration item relationships and data integrity Lead HRSD and ITSM module implementations including process design customization and deployment Develop and manage integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub to enable seamless data flow across systems Evaluate and incorporate goodtohave skills such as ConnectedOps CSM DevOps ITAMHAM ITAMSAM ITOMDiscovery ITOMServiceMapping GRCIRM and SPM to enhance platform capabilities Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and provide solutions aligned with organizational goals Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations to optimize ServiceNow platform performance Manage and troubleshoot complex issues related to ServiceNow architecture and integrations Lead technical workshops and training sessions to elevate team expertise Ensure compliance with ITIL and other industry standards within ServiceNow implementations Participate in strategic planning and roadmap development for ServiceNow platform evolution
