Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in Optical Line Systems (OLS) / Layer-0 (L0).
- Strong understanding of DWDM and optical transport systems.
- Hands-on experience with ROADM / CDC ROADM / WSS.
- Knowledge of optical amplifiers, EDFA and/or Raman amplification.
- Strong C++ programming experience; C experience is an advantage.
- Experience in embedded software development and operating systems such as Embedded Linux or RTOS.
- Valuable understanding of Object-Oriented Design and software architecture.
- Experience with software requirements, design, development, integration and debugging.
- Experience with Python scripting and automation.
- Good understanding of optical/telecom system architecture and hardware-software integration.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
