About the Role

We are looking for a highly hands on Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java/Python/Golang backend development, DSA, HLD/LLD, microservices, AWS and Kubernetes .

Strong coding and problem-solving skills are critical for this role. This is an IC role with 70–80%+ hands-on coding involvement . Candidates should be comfortable solving coding/DSA problems independently during technical interviews.

Key Requirements

- Strong hands-on Java/Python backend development with Spring Boot
- Very strong DSA, OOPS, problem-solving, multithreading & concurrency
- Strong HLD/LLD and system design skills
- Experience building scalable microservices/products from scratch




- Hands-on experience with AWS in production
- Knowledge of Kubernetes , deployment, troubleshooting and scaling
- Strong debugging and production problem-solving skills
- Exposure to AI/GenAI/LLMs is an added advantage

Ideal Candidate We are specifically looking for engineers with:

- Product company / strong product engineering experience
- Experience building a product/platform from scratch
- 70–80%+ hands-on coding in the current/recent role
- Regular DSA/coding practice — LeetCode, HackerRank or similar
- Strong academic background
- Consistent career progression and positive tenure/stability across organizations
- Strong ownership and ability to independently solve complex technical problems
