Role Overview :

We are looking for a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer with backend proficiency to join an Agent Development Squad building AI-powered financial close automation. You will primarily own the Python backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power AI agents for financial close automation.

What You'll Do :

- Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Python and FastAPI.
- Design and implement async task processing flows using Redis/Celery or equivalent message queue systems.
- Own data layer design, covering PostgreSQL schema design, migrations, and query optimization.
- Containerize services using Docker and deploy to Kubernetes (AKS) environments.
- Integrate backend services with the agent orchestration engine.
- Contribute to API contract design, covering Open API specifications.
- Make frontend code fixes and contribute to Angular UI features when needed.




- Lead and actively contribute to low-level design, including component design, data modelling, and service internals.

Tech Stack &

Requirements :

- 5 years of backend or full stack software engineering experience.
- Solid Python proficiency with FastAPI or equivalent async REST framework.
- PostgreSQL at production level, covering schema design, query writing, and migrations.
- Redis and Celery or equivalent message queue system.
- REST API design experience, including OpenAPI contracts.
- Docker for containerizing Python services.
- Kubernetes for deploying and troubleshooting containerized workloads.
- Angular and TypeScript at working capability for frontend fixes.
- Comfortable working in an AI-native engineering environment.
