Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in ETL Testing, Data Validation, and Data Warehousing *to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of enterprise data platforms.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience validating complex data pipelines, performing source-to-target reconciliation, and developing automated data testing solutions* Key Responsibilities · Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive ETL and data validation test strategies.

· Validate data pipelines, transformations, and business rules across multiple source and target systems.

· Perform Source-to-Target (S2T) validation , data reconciliation, and end-to-end data flow testing.

· Develop and execute complex SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and defect investigation.

· Verify data completeness, accuracy, consistency, duplicate handling, NULL validations, and transformation logic.

· Investigate and troubleshoot data discrepancies, ETL failures, and data quality issues.

· Develop and maintain data test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

· Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality data delivery.

· Contribute to test planning,



defect tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise · 5+ years of experience in QA with a strong focus on ETL Testing and Data Validation.

·Hands-on experience in ETL/Data Testing across data warehouse and analytics platforms.

·Strong SQL expertise, including complex joins, aggregations, subqueries, and data analysis.

· Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, fact and dimension tables.

· Proven experience with Source-to-Target (S2T) validation, data reconciliation, and data quality testing.

· Strong understanding of ETL processes, data transformations, and end-to-end data flows.

· Experience in identifying, analyzing, and resolving data quality issues.

· Hands-on experience with ETL/Data Test Automation frameworks and tools.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Positive to Have

- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) .
- Exposure to ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, SSIS , or similar platforms.
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures.
