- B. Tech / B. E in CS/IT/EE or MCA; With 4 years of IT experience

- Experience in any one programming language - Java, C#, .NET, Scripting Languages such as PHP, JSP, ASP.NET and related stack

- Project experience in Web technologies, mobile technologies, enterprise web software development OR Project experience in embedded hardware and software solutions, architecture, design, development

- Coding Standards

- Test methods

- Understanding of QMS and SDLC
