We are looking for an experienced .NET / Java Production Support Engineer responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting business-critical applications in a production setting. The role will primarily focus on production support, incident management, root-cause analysis, application monitoring, and issue resolution, with approximately 20% involvement in development and enhancement activities.

The candidate should have strong SQL query-writing skills, experience with Windows Server, Google Cloud, ITL Framework, GitHub, CI/CD, and application monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications built on .NET and/or Java.
- Monitor production applications and proactively identify application, performance, and infrastructure issues.
- Analyze application logs, alerts, errors, and system behavior to troubleshoot production incidents.
- Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Strongly work with SQL databases,



including writing and troubleshooting complex SQL queries, joins, subqueries, stored procedures, and data validations.
- Investigate production issues by analyzing application and database-level problems.
- Support applications deployed in Google Cloud (GCP) and troubleshoot cloud-related application issues.
- Work with Windows Server environments for application troubleshooting, configuration, services, and deployments.
- Use monitoring and logging tools to track application health, availability, performance, and errors.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and cloud teams to resolve production issues.
- Handle critical incidents and ensure timely resolution according to defined SLAs.
- Perform application health checks and support production deployments/releases.
