Site Execution

- Plan, coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities.

- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Monitor progress against project schedules and milestones.

Quality &

- Technical Control

- Ensure workmanship and materials meet required quality standards.

- Review drawings, BOQ and technical specifications.

- Identify and resolve site-level technical issues.

Contractor &

- Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and vendors.

- Monitor manpower, materials and equipment availability.

- Ensure contractor work is completed as per agreed scope and schedule.

Project Monitoring &

- Reporting

- Track daily/weekly work progress.

- Prepare site reports, progress updates and material requirements.

- Escalate delays,



deviations and critical site issues to the Project Manager.

Safety &

- Compliance

- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with the safety team to identify and address unsafe practices.

- Maintain proper site records and documentation.

Measurement &

- Billing

- Verify work measurements and contractor bills.

- Check quantities executed against BOQ and approved scope.

- Support cost control and avoid material/work wastage.

Coordination &

- Handover

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants and MEP teams.

- Conduct inspections and ensure snag/defect closure.

- Support project completion and handover activities.
