- The Client is looking for a tenacious Senior ServiceNow Engineer organization in Gurgaon, India.

/n /n What you'll do: /n /n

- Manage daily administration of the ServiceNow platform, includes routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades.

/n

- Develop reliable and scalable applications, workflows, and overall automation, streamlining processes, improving experience, enhancing productivity, and enforcing data hygiene.

/n

- Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems.

/n

- Improve development capabilities, when possible, to accelerate demand delivery while not compromising quality and experience.

/n

- Apply thought leadership to understand dependencies, maintain security, and ensure performance and stability.

/n

- Maintain instance health by adhering to and carrying out ServiceNow best practices through configuration and development, leveraging OOTB features, capabilities,



and configurations wherever possible.

/n

- Promote continuous improvement and implement platform performance optimization strategies to ensure maximum efficiency.

/n

- Maintain compliance and strive for swift controlled adoption of platform upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.

/n

- Implement reports and dashboards as needed

/n

- Build and maintain technical design and configuration documentation.

/n

- Provide mentoring through example and knowledge sharing.

/n /n What you'll have: /n /n

- To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills

/n

- Around 8 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years ServiceNow Platform/Product development and implementation experience including JavaScript and XML.

/n

- Experience in REST/SOAP APIs.

/n

- Experience in Virtual Agent and Gen AI capabilities.

/n

- Experience with ServiceNow Platform Products: ITSM, ITAM/HAM/SAM, CSM, ITOM

/n

- Experience with Scoped/Custom Applications, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.

/n

- Experience planning and executing ServiceNow Platform upgrades and cloning.

/n

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or other related fields or equivalent professional experience.

/n

- ServiceNow Certifications (on latest supported version): Application Developer, Certified System Administrator
