Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities at our project sites in Dahanu. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth site execution, workforce management, quality control, safety compliance, material planning, and timely completion of construction activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in civil construction and site supervision, along with the ability to independently manage site operations and coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, and the project management team.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and monitor the progress of all construction activities at the assigned project site.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Interpret and implement building plans, civil drawings, layouts, and construction blueprints.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, site supervisors, and on-site workers.
- Plan and allocate manpower according to daily and project requirements.
- Monitor worker attendance, productivity, performance, and discipline.
- Hire, coordinate, and evaluate in office workers as required.
- Ensure proper execution of civil works including RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, etc.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify construction issues, safety hazards, and quality concerns.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to prescribed quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Construction Project Manager / Head of Department regarding project progress and requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular daily/weekly progress reports.




- Monitor project timelines and take corrective action in case of delays.
- Plan and coordinate the availability of construction materials, tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Regularly check inventory and ensure timely ordering/replenishment of building materials.
- Ensure all construction equipment and machinery are maintained in proper working condition.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely delivery of materials and completion of assigned work.
- Identify and resolve site-level construction and execution issues.
- Ensure all emergency and safety equipment is available and functional.
- Conduct regular safety checks and ensure workers follow site safety protocols.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance of the construction site.
- Maintain accurate records of manpower, materials, work progress, and site activities.
- Review daily construction work and suggest improvements wherever required.
- Ensure project completion within the defined timeline, quality standards, and budgetary requirements.
- Take ownership of day-to-day site execution and ensure smooth project operations.

Required Candidate Profile
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/site execution.




- Candidates must have a construction / real estate background.
- Strong experience in handling construction sites independently.
- Experience managing contractors, labourers, vendors, and site supervisors.
- Good knowledge of civil construction processes, drawings, materials, and site practices.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality and safety standards.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet strict project timelines.
- Should be comfortable working at Kalikapur or Dahanu project locations.
- Candidates who can take ownership of site operations and work independently will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be someone who can independently take charge of a construction site, manage manpower and contractors, ensure quality and safety, coordinate material requirements, and consistently drive the project toward timely completion.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Dahanu, Maharashtra (Dahanu): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
