Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and enterprise systems.

- Create and customize reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.

- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues and incidents.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

- Support platform upgrades, patches, and release management activities.

Required Skills

- 3-8 years of IT experience with at least 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.





- Experience with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Change, and Problem Management modules.

- Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and APIs.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.

- Valuable analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

- Experience with ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC modules is an added advantage.

Work Model

- Full-time position.

- Work from Hyderabad office, 5 days a week
