About the Role

JustSoftware is a custom software and AI development company working across healthcare, logistics, SaaS, and enterprise technology.

We are looking for a highly experienced, hands on SEO professional to drive our organic growth and improve rankings, traffic, authority, and qualified leads. You will work directly with our development and content teams on SEO implementation.

Experience with B2B, SaaS, software development, IT services, healthcare, logistics, or international markets will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

- Own SEO strategy, keyword research, SERP and competitor analysis, content gaps, keyword mapping, and cannibalization
- Identify and prioritize opportunities based on search intent, competition, ranking potential, and commercial value
- Optimize service pages, landing pages, case studies, blogs, titles, headings, content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure
- Develop and optimize commercial and informational content based on search demand and business value
- Handle technical SEO including crawling, indexing, canonicals, redirects, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, URL architecture, Core Web Vitals, and site performance
- Understand JavaScript SEO, SSR, CSR, hydration, rendering, and custom coded websites
- Implement and audit Schema.org and JSON-LD structured data
- Handle international SEO such as hreflang where applicable
- Optimize for Google AI search, AEO, GEO, entity and brand visibility, and AI crawler accessibility, including emerging standards such as llms.txt




- Analyze backlink profiles and execute relevant link acquisition through outreach, partnerships, guest contributions, unlinked mentions, and digital PR
- Use GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and similar tools to monitor rankings, traffic, CTR, conversions, and qualified leads
- Work with developers and content teams on implementation and QA
- Track rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and qualified leads
- Continuously analyze results and improve organic performance

Requirements

- 3+ years of serious hands on SEO experience
- Strong technical, on page, content, and off page SEO knowledge
- Experience with custom coded websites and JavaScript SEO
- Strong Google Search Console and GA4 knowledge
- Strong understanding of crawling, indexing, site architecture, structured data, Schema.org, and Core Web Vitals
- Experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Keyword Planner, PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, Looker Studio, or similar tools
- Strong keyword, SERP, competitor, content, backlink, and outreach skills
- Good understanding of AI search, AEO, GEO, and emerging SEO practices
- Ability to diagnose problems, prioritize opportunities, and execute independently
- Ability to work effectively with developers and content teams




- Experience with PPC, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, or B2B paid search will be a strong advantage

B2B, SaaS, software development, IT services, healthcare, logistics, or international SEO experience is also a solid advantage.
