Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant (Team Lead) to join our growing team. This role demands deep expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and working knowledge of SAP Controlling (CO). The consultant will lead design, configuration, and support efforts, ensuring smooth integration with other SAP modules and optimal business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ SAP FICO Configuration:

· General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting setup and customization.

✅ Implementation & Support:

· Minimum one full end-to-end SAP implementation is a must.

· Involvement across project phases: requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

· Handle system upgrades, rollouts, and post-go-live support.

· Deliver end-user training and resolve SAP FICO-related tickets.

✅ Business Process Analysis:

· Work closely with stakeholders to understand financial processes.

· Identify improvement opportunities and implement SAP best practices.

✅ WRICEF Management:

· Handle Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.

· Collaborate with technical teams for development and business validation.

✅ Change Request (CR)



Management:

· Design and implement change requests.

· Ensure smooth documentation and integration with existing systems.

✅ Integration and Data Management:

· Ensure proper integration with MM, SD, PP, and third-party systems.

· Conduct data migration, validation, and reconciliation for rollouts.

· Maintain FICO master data integrity.

✅ Documentation:

· Create functional and technical specs for configurations and WRICEF.

· Prepare CR documentation and user manuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

�� SAP Expertise:

· Deep hands-on configuration and support experience in SAP FI.

· Basic understanding of SAP CO.

· End-to-end WRICEF and CR handling.

· Mandatory: At least one full lifecycle SAP implementation.

�� Technical Skills:

· Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred.

· ABAP debugging knowledge is a plus.

�� Soft Skills:

· Solid communication and stakeholder handling.

· Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

· Team leadership and collaboration ability.
