Role & responsibilities

Functional Consultancy & Business Analysis

- Process Mapping: Analyze and map complex business processes across Retail (POS, inventory), Manufacturing (MRP, bill of materials), Logistics (warehouse management, supply chain), and Service (contract management, service calls).
- Solution Design: Translate business requirements into robust SAP B1 functional specifications and configuration blueprints.
- Module Optimization: Configure and optimize core SAP B1 modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, MRP, and Service.

Technical Development & Customization

- SDK & API Development: Develop custom add-ons, UI/DI API integrations, and handle system enhancements using C# or VB.NET.
- Database Management: Write advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and manage SAP HANA / MS SQL databases.
- Reporting & Analytics: Design and maintain complex reports and dashboards using Crystal Reports and SAP HANA Pervasive Analytics.
- System Integration: Integrate SAP B1 with third-party applications, including e-commerce platforms, POS systems, WMS, and external logistics providers.

Project Delivery & Support

- End-to-End Implementation:



Lead full-lifecycle SAP B1 implementations, from scoping and data migration (using DTW) to Go-Live and hypercare.
- User Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for core users and create technical/functional documentation.
- Troubleshooting: Act as the Tier-3 escalation point to resolve complex technical bugs and functional bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 7+ years of verified experience as an SAP B1 Techno-Functional Consultant.
- Industry Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in handling system architectures specifically for Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Service industries.

- Technical Stack:
- Proficient in SAP HANA and MS SQL Server.
- Strong coding skills in C# / .NET, UI/DI API, and Service Layer.
- Expert-level knowledge of Crystal Reports and Data Transfer Workbench (DTW).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, robust project management skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
