We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support a highly customized Salesforce Sales Cloud platform that serves critical business functions across the organization. This role will be responsible for delivering scalable Salesforce solutions, driving integration initiatives, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders, and contributing to the overall platform architecture and technical roadmap.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce development technologies including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Aura, Flows, Platform Events, APIs, and integration patterns, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. Experience working within enterprise environments involving middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, cloud integrations, and relational databases is highly desirable.

This role requires a self-motivated professional who can work independently, mentor junior developers, participate in solution design discussions, and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions within Sales Cloud and related Salesforce platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and technical teams to analyze requirements and define scalable solution designs.
- Lead the technical design and development of custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Develop end-to-end solutions utilizing Salesforce configuration and customization capabilities while ensuring maintainability and scalability.
- Design and implement complex integration solutions between Salesforce and internal/external applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, middleware platforms, and event-driven architectures.




- Work closely with MuleSoft and integration teams to implement and support enterprise integration patterns.
- Participate in architecture reviews and provide recommendations on Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, data models, and security considerations.
- Perform code reviews and enforce development standards, best practices, and secure coding principles.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex production issues, and provide advanced technical support.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD deployment processes and support release management activities.
- Contribute to data migration, data quality, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across project teams.
- Create and maintain technical design documentation, solution diagrams, and operational support materials.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and platform capabilities to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 12+ years of Salesforce development experience, including the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Strong experience with:
- Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- Salesforce Flows
- Visualforce Pages
- Custom Metadata Types and Custom Settings
- Salesforce Security Model, Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, and Role Hierarchies
- Experience designing scalable Salesforce application architectures and integration solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, platform optimization, and performance tuning techniques.
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP Web Services
- Platform Events
- Change Data Capture (CDC)
- OAuth 2.0
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- JWT and Connected Apps
- Experience implementing asynchronous processing patterns and event-driven integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices, design patterns, and code quality standards.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end development principles.




- Experience with source control systems such as Git and deployment tools including Salesforce DX.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II Certification.
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications preferred.
- Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API-led connectivity.
- Experience working with enterprise databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or Snowflake.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar deployment frameworks.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Experience supporting large, complex Salesforce implementations with multiple integrations and high-volume transactional processing.
