Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions for our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, with strong integration skills using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and platform events.

You will play a key role in modernizing CRM architectures, driving automation, and delivering high-quality solutions that align with our clients' business goals — all while working collaboratively across distributed, international teams in the UK timezone.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions including custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
- Build and optimize declarative solutions using Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Validation Rules.
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events,



and MuleSoft API integrations.
- Architect and implement Salesforce data models, complex relationships, sharing rules, and security models.
- Lead and contribute to Salesforce migrations, org merges, and platform upgrades.
- Implement Salesforce DevOps practices using tools such as Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, or similar).
- Configure and maintain Experience Cloud (Community) portals for partner and customer-facing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits, security best practices, and performance optimization.
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and support reverse engineering when needed.
- Collaborate with architects, QA teams, business analysts, and client teams in agile/scrum environments.
- Support clients and team members operating in the UK (GMT/BST) timezone — availability during UK business hours is mandatory.

- GDPR-compliant data handling and Salesforce Shield awareness

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.
- Active Salesforce certifications — Platform Developer I & II strongly preferred.
- Additional certifications such as Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Integration Architecture are a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and declarative Salesforce tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Einstein Analytics, or Industry Clouds.
- Experience with MuleSoft or similar enterprise integration platforms.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and distributed team collaboration.

Experience Required

- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Proven track record delivering Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients.
- Experience leading or contributing to org merges, migrations, or large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
- Prior exposure to UK or European client environments is preferred.
