Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that support business processes and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, strong problem-solving skills, and experience working in agile, rapid-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Customization

- Design and develop customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)
- Build scalable applications leveraging Salesforce best practices
- Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs

Solution Design & Architecture

- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure optimal system performance, scalability, and security
- Contribute to technical design documentation and code reviews

Data Management & Integration

- Implement data migration, data quality, and data governance practices
- Manage complex integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems

Agile Delivery & Collaboration





- Work in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and product owners

Performance Optimization & Support

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Optimize system performance and maintain platform stability
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements

Mentorship & Leadership

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Promote best practices in development, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 58+ years of experience in Salesforce development

- Strong expertise in
- Apex, Visualforce
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura
- SOQL, SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations
- Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
