Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and expand distributor/retailer network.
- Manage distributors, monitor ROI, collections, and trade promotions.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
- Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain & Marketing for product availability and visibility.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
- 1–4 years of FMCG sales experience in Dry Fruit's & Nuts or spices will be preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Guwahati, Assam Apart of the state markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
