- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Develop new business through market visits, lead generation, and client meetings.

- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders.

- Identify new markets and expand the dealer/channel network.

- Handle existing customers and generate repeat business.

- Conduct product presentations and negotiate commercial terms.

- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and regular market updates.

- Coordinate with internal teams for orders, delivery, and customer support.

- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

Requirements





- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in plywood, laminates, MDF, furniture, interiors, building materials, or related industries.

- Robust experience in dealer/channel sales and business development.

- Good knowledge of the Ahmedabad market and surrounding areas.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

- Strong field-sales and customer-acquisition experience.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹20,050.34 - ₹75,200.95 per month
