Experience: 0–3 years in Shipping, NVOCC, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business and develop customer relationships.

- Handle FCL/LCL export & import enquiries and bookings.

- Coordinate with customers for freight rates and shipment requirements.

- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into bookings.

- Develop business for Middle East, Red Sea, Africa, Russia and other sectors.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.

- Coordinate with Operations, Documentation and Pricing teams.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Preferred Skills:

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of ocean freight and shipping documentation.

- Robust customer follow-up and business development skills.

- Experience with NVOCC/Freight Forwarding will be an advantage.

- Hindi/English language skills can be an added advantage for the Mumbai sales executive position.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
