Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote RAM, SSD and related products.
- Generate current business opportunities through calling and follow-ups.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing and offers to customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain accurate customer and calling data in CRM / Excel.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for quotations, orders and customer requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide regular sales and calling updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements




- 1–2 years of experience in Tele Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales / Calling.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident and professional telephone communication.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
- Experience in IT Hardware, RAM, SSD, Computer Accessories or related products will be an advantage.

Salary

₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
