Senior Software Developer - SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) & Identity Security Cloud (ISC)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with 9 to 10 years of overall IT/IAM experience, including strong hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and robust hands-on expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The ideal candidate will independently design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support enterprise identity governance and administration solutions.

This role requires strong development, configuration, integration, and application-onboarding experience across both ISC and IIQ, along with technical leadership, effective stakeholder communication, and the ability to mentor junior developers. The candidate will also contribute to IIQ-to-ISC transformation and cloud onboarding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

SailPoint Development Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions across the complete development lifecycle.
- Configure and maintain IIQ components including Applications and Connectors, Aggregations, Identity Mappings, Roles, Certifications, Lifecycle Events, Workflows, Policies, Rules, Reports, Forms, QuickLinks, and Provisioning/Deprovisioning processes.
- Develop and maintain SailPoint rules, workflows, and custom functionality using Java, BeanShell, XML, JSON, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and SailPoint APIs.
- Lead end-to-end application onboarding using Active Directory, LDAP, JDBC, delimited-file, Web Services, REST, SCIM, SAP, HR systems, databases, SaaS platforms, and custom connectors.
- Configure identity, account,



and entitlement aggregation; identity/account correlation; Identity Refresh; reconciliation; approvals; provisioning; deprovisioning; escalations; and exception handling.
- Implement and support Joiner, Mover, Leaver, rehire, contractor, and extended identity-lifecycle scenarios.
- Troubleshoot complex issues involving connectors, workflows, rules, provisioning, certifications, integrations, and performance.
- Support configuration migrations, releases, upgrades, patches, production incidents, root-cause analysis, and technical documentation.
- Participate in solution design, estimation, code/configuration reviews, sprint planning, and technical risk management.

SailPoint ISC Responsibilities

- Configure or support ISC Sources, Identity Profiles, attribute mappings, Transforms, Lifecycle States, Access Profiles, Roles, Workflows, Certifications, access requests, and provisioning.
- Support cloud application onboarding, source connectivity, identity/account correlation, Virtual Appliances, REST APIs, Event Triggers, aggregation, and provisioning troubleshooting.
- Assess IIQ Applications, Roles, Lifecycle Events, Rules, and Workflows and map them to suitable ISC-native capabilities.
- Identify IIQ customizations that require redesign, retirement, supported cloud rules, APIs, workflows, transforms, or external orchestration during migration.
- Promote maintainable ISC-native configuration patterns and minimize unnecessary customization.

Identity Governance & Security Responsibilities

- Design and support Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, birthright access, RBAC/ABAC, access requests, access reviews, and Segregation of Duties controls.
- Configure manager, application-owner, entitlement-owner, role-membership, targeted, and event-based certifications.
- Ensure implementation of least privilege, auditability, access traceability, compliance controls, orphan-account management, and identity/account correlation standards.

Collaborate with application owners, IAM architects, security teams, infrastructure teams, testers, and business stakeholders
