We are looking for a Senior Rust / Web3 Engineer who wants to work beyond conventional software development and contribute to the engineering of next-generation decentralized and intelligent systems.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Rust / Web3 Engineer, you will be involved in designing and building core technology using Rust, with opportunities to work across blockchain infrastructure, distributed systems, Web3 applications, and high-performance backend components.

You will work closely with our engineering and technical leadership teams and have the opportunity to influence architecture, engineering practices, and product direction.

What You'll Build

- High-performance backend and protocol components using Rust.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, test, and maintain production-grade Rust systems.
- Design scalable distributed and backend architectures.
- Contribute to blockchain/Web3 protocol and infrastructure development.
- Optimize system performance, memory usage, concurrency, and reliability.
- Investigate complex technical and production issues.
- Participate in architecture and technical design decisions.
- Review code and establish strong engineering standards.




- Build secure and maintainable software following modern development practices.
- Work with engineers across backend, AI, and blockchain-focused initiatives.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Take ownership of features and technical components from design through production.
- Continuously evaluate new technologies and improvements within the Rust/Web3 ecosystem.

Must-Have Skills Mandatory — 3+ years of professional hands-on Rust experience.
