Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Identify current business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

- Process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring timely disbursement of funds.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales performance.

Job Requirements :

- 0.6-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry.

- Strong understanding of home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other mortgage products.

- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets.
