Role & responsibilities
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience with strong focus on core Life Sciences functional hiring
- Proven experience hiring for roles across R&D;, Clinical, Regulatory, Medical, Quality, Manufacturing, or Laboratory settings
- Valuable understanding of the Life Sciences talent landscape and domain-specific skill sets
- Strong sourcing and candidate assessment capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
