Roles and Responsibilities

- Partner and communicate with TA recruiters from clients and potential clients to get current job opportunities to work on.

- Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.

- Be accountable for 360 degree hiring as a specialist consultant responsible for revenue generation

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding hires at the client site.

- Creatively target to meet month on month KPI and revenue target from Candidate Interviewing calls to Int 1, Int 2, Offers and Joinings.

- Ensure spectacular communication and ongoing knowledge excahnge with all candidates in the pipeline.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-13 years of experience in permanent staffing,



executive hiring, industry mapping, niche hiring, headhunting, consultancy or recruitment consulting.

- Preference will be given if you are working in a remote setup with a proper work from home, desk setup, and support to enable professional work atmosphere.

- Preference will be given if you have worked in another Leading recruitment firm across India dealing with similar clientile across Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bangalore.

- Needless to say, excellent communication skills & presentations skills to become and integral part of the firm.
