Responsibilities:
- Lead development efforts and make architectural decisions for complex React features.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and share knowledge.
- Solve technical problems and optimize React application performance.
- Thoroughly test the application using various methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in CI/CD processes.
- Stay updated with React advancements and implement best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure codebase health.
- Address security considerations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Assist in project planning, estimations, and drive innovation in development.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in React development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js framework.
- Proficiency in project planning, including task estimations and roadmap creation.
- Experience in database design and system architecture to build scalable and effective applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
- Understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and collaboration with designers.
- Awareness of security best practices and measures to protect the application from common vulnerabilities.
