What roles and responsibilities will be performed by the selected candidate?

- Perform manual and automation testing for web applications, APIs, and backend systems.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, onsite partners, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.

- Analyze business requirements, identify test scenarios, and ensure adequate test coverage.

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright with C#.

- Perform REST API testing and automation.

- Execute database testing by validating data integrity and backend workflows using SQL queries.

- Participate in requirement reviews, test planning, test case creation, execution, and defect management.

- Analyze application issues, debug failures, and provide clear defect reports.

- Maintain automated regression suites and contribute to QA process improvements.

- Support testing activities across multiple projects and releases.





What is the expectation from the candidate's current role/profile?

- 5+ years of software testing experience.

- Strong experience in both manual and automation testing.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with onsite and offshore teams.

- Ability to understand business processes quickly and identify quality risks and gaps.

- Strong programming proficiency in C#.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Selenium automation.

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Playwright automation.

- Experience in REST API testing and automation.

- Experience in database testing and writing SQL queries.

- Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience handling testing activities across multiple projects is preferred.
