We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to manage and execute civil construction activities for an industrial Copper Plant Project at Rajula.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor civil construction activities from execution to completion.
- Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, contractors, and site resources.
- Supervise foundations, RCC structures, structural works, buildings, roads, drainage, and other industrial civil works.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, contractors, consultants, and client teams.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedule.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular progress reports.
- Control project costs and minimize delays and material wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements and site procedures.
- Resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
- Lead and manage civil site teams and subcontractors.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
