Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional technology projects. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of managing enterprise IT initiatives — such as infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, cloud migrations, or digital transformation programs — while balancing scope, budget, timeline, and stakeholder expectations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills, along with deep familiarity with both traditional and Agile project delivery methods.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-year IT projects and programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Prior experience presenting high-level status updates, critical risks, and budget metrics to a Chief Information Officer (CIO).
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets; track and report on progress against these baselines.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively, escalating and resolving roadblocks in a timely manner. Bring clear options for resolving problems rather than leaving the fix to the CIO.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, infrastructure, security, and third-party vendors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular status updates, executive summaries, and steering committee presentations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope,



and within budget, using appropriate project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid). Must have presentation skills before Executive like CEO and CTO.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including contract negotiations, SOWs, and performance tracking.
- Establish and maintain project governance, documentation standards, and change management processes.
- Mentor and provide guidance to IT managers and coordinators.
- Drive continuous improvement of PM practices, tools, and templates across the IT organization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT governance, security, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3–5 years managing large scale IT projects.
- Proven experience managing full project lifecycles.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PMI/PMBOK, or SAFe).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities.

Preferred

Qualifications(Not Mandate)



• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.

- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or other Agile certification.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM).
- Experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or software development projects.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and change management practices.
- Master's degree (MBA or MS in IT/related field) a plus.
