Mentor junior project managers and establish best practices for JLL's expanding Mumbai fitout portfolio.

Client Partnership & Business Development Serve as senior client advisor for C-suite executives and corporate real estate leaders, translating business objectives into innovative workspace solutions. Lead client presentations for major account opportunities and maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers. Support business development initiatives through technical expertise and thought leadership in contemporary workplace design.

Advanced Project Management Orchestrate complex project ecosystems involving international design consultants, specialized contractors, and cutting-edge technology integrators. Quality & Compliance Governance Establish and maintain JLL's quality standards across all project phases while ensuring compliance with international building codes, corporate security requirements, and environmental certifications. Lead quality audits, implement continuous improvement processes, and maintain zero-tolerance safety protocols for high-profile client environments.

Team Leadership & Organizational Development Lead cross-functional teams of professionals including senior architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management with advanced qualifications (Master's degree, MBA) strongly preferred.
