We're looking for a Senior Designer – Projects who can combine creative vision, technical expertise and execution skills to create engaging spaces across the Entertainment, FEC, Leisure & Commercial Interiors landscape.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Lead interior design projects from concept development to execution documentation Develop cutting-edge concepts, layouts and space-planning solutions Create detailed 3 D models, renders and visualizations Prepare accurate Working Drawings & GFC (Good for Construction) Drawings Develop mood boards, material palettes and design presentations Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and project teams Conduct site visits and resolve design-related execution challenges Prepare BOQs,
material specifications and project documentation Ensure design quality, functionality, accuracy and adherence to timelines Must-Have Skills
3ds Max
Auto CAD
Sketch Up
V-Ray / Corona / Equivalent Rendering Software
MS Excel – BOQs & Documentation
Plus strong expertise in
Working Drawings
GFC / Construction Drawings
3 D Visualization & Rendering
