nExperience: 6–8 Years

nWhat You'll Be Responsible For

n

n
- Lead interior design projects from concept development to execution documentation
n
- Develop innovative concepts, layouts and space-planning solutions
n
- Create detailed 3D models, renders and visualizations
n
- Prepare accurate Working Drawings & GFC (Valuable for Construction) Drawings
n
- Develop mood boards, material palettes and design presentations
n
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors and project teams
n
- Conduct site visits and resolve design-related execution challenges
n




- Prepare BOQs, material specifications and project documentation
n
- Ensure design quality, functionality, accuracy and adherence to timelines
n

nV-Ray / Corona / Equivalent Rendering Software

nMS Excel – BOQs & Documentation

nPlus strong expertise in:
