- 4+ years of experience in Linux and working knowledge of shell scripting/power shell to work on automation initiatives.
- Work from office is mandatory (WFH is not available on this position).
- Should be ready to provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
- Able to handle production issue.
- Independently analyze, solve, and fix issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
- Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
- Interact with client/onsite counterpart for issue resolution
- Able to follow the incident/change/problem management process
- Understanding of ITIL Vx.x and its components
