Senior Product Specialist ServiceNow

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Specialist ServiceNow to support the implementation, enhancement and integration of ServiceNow solutions across the business.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM and ITSM , combined with JavaScript development, integrations and business analysis capabilities. You will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the design, implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow CSM and ITSM solutions.
- Configure and customise ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations and Scripted Web Services .
- Build and maintain ServiceNow functionality using JavaScript scripting .
- Gather, analyse and translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams and technical teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Develop and present Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate proposed solutions to business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards and best practices.

Required Skills Experience

- 4 7 years of relevant experience ,



with strong hands-on ServiceNow expertise.
- Proven ServiceNow CSM and ITSM implementation experience .
- Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations and Scripted Web Services .
- Excellent JavaScript scripting skills within the ServiceNow environment.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration, customisation and development.
- Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering .
- Confident in conducting POC demonstrations and presentations for business stakeholders.
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and Agile teams.

Certifications

Candidates should hold
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
