Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Power BI Developer / Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Power BI, DAX, SQL, Power Query and Data Modelling, with the ability to develop dashboards, automate reporting and provide meaningful business insights.

The candidate will work closely with management and business teams to understand reporting requirements and convert business data into effective dashboards and analytical reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Develop dashboards for Sales, Target vs Achievement, Collections, Outstanding, KPIs and business performance.
- Create DAX measures and calculations for analytical reporting.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Perform data cleaning and transformation using Power Query.
- Build and maintain effective data models and semantic models.
- Develop Paginated Reports using Power BI Report Builder.
- Work with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Service and Power Automate.
- Integrate Power BI with SQL Server, ERP systems, APIs and OData sources.
- Optimize dashboards and reports for better performance and faster data loading.
- Analyse business data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Automate manual reporting processes and recurring report distribution.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Power BI, DAX, SQL, data refresh and data models.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver appropriate BI solutions.




- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across dashboards and reports.

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Power BI / Data Analytics / Business Intelligence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently develop dashboards and reports from business requirements.
- Good understanding of data modelling and reporting best practices.
- Experience working with large datasets.
- Strong attention to data accuracy and report quality.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Paginated Reports and Power Automate will be an advantage.

Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

Relevant certifications in Power BI, Data Analytics, SQL or Advanced Excel will be an advantage.
